Is Prequel the Way to Go?
This may not seem like an Earthbound article at first so please bare with me. I assure that its content does have an Earthbound related point to it.
Over 20 years ago wone of the biggest movies ever was created. It involved a futuristic myth that happened a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. This movie would have two sequels. Now 22 years later, a new prequel to this movie came out and made $200 million+ in less than two weeks.
Now what, you may ask, does this have anything to do with Earthbound. Well Earthbound has a prequel that is unreleased in the US. What I am trying to say is that maybe Earthbound Zero is the way to go. Faithful Earthbound fans (mostly the ones that don't believe in roms) would like to know how Earthbound all started.
Earthbound Zero would not only be a great game to play, but it just might be the way to build up enough hype so that Nintendo finally finished EB64.
I say that EB0 just may be the way to save the Earthbound hype. So, if you haven't signed the Mother on Game Boy Color petition, I suggest that you do it.
