Mysterious gaps
Hi, my name is Brad, and I love Earthbound. I play it all the time, regardless I've already beat it. However, I've noticed something interesting in the game that I'd like to share. Here it is:
As you may know, there are many trees in Earthbound. Most of them border towns while some just stand alone. Anyway, I observed that there are many small gaps in between a large group of trees. Here's one example: In Onett, go on the street where the hotel is. Then, head right until you are as far as you can go. You should be near a bunch of trees. Notice a very small area where no trees stand. There are also many other examples like this one. But why were they put in the game? Is there a secret way you can get to that small area. Or is it there why an other reason. If you know or have a comment, feel more then welcome to e-mail me at [email protected].
